Kalista provides holistic AROMATHERAPY massage and WARM BAMBOO massage in a warm and tranquil environment, where you can relax away from the hubbub of daily life.
We all find that the stresses and strains of our busy lives can leave us feeling run down, tired, and even depressed. This is often exacerbated by poor dietary habits and lack of exercise, all of which can lead to a general deterioration in our health.
Here at Kalista, I offer massage combined with the use of pure essential oils, which brings about a deep relaxation and sense of wellbeing to help restore the body's natural balance and energy levels.
Aromatherapy is ideal for relaxation, stress relief, depression, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, PMT, seasonal affective disorder, muscular aches and pains and minor conditions.
Although Kalista Aromatherapy is aimed at female clients, I am happy to take men whose wives/ partners are already my clients.
Please note: all therapy is based on the Kalista premises (with the exception of pamper parties).
