What to Expect
At your first aromatherapy appointment you will be give a full consultation. I will ask you about your health, medical history and lifestyle so that I can tailor your treatment specifically for you.
If you have any skin allergies or suffer from asthma you may be given a patch test... this means you will have to wait 24- 48 hours before you can receive treatment.
During your massage you will be covered with towels to preserve your modesty, with the addition of a blanket for extra warmth if you wish.
Following your massage, you will be given time to 'come round' and you will be offered a drink of iced water or herbal tea according to your preference.
Before you leave, you will be given an Aromatherapy Aftercare advice sheet.
Essential oil bath blends are available for purchase to enable you to maximise your treatment at home.
